Project Management

We offer a full project management service for exhibitions and events.

 

Our sub contract service includes:

 

Stand Design - 3D Cad design and Rendering Service

 

Administrative Services - Completion of all exhibition paperwork and liaison with exhibition organising and technical bodies.

 

Transportation - Organising of quotations and arranging for transport of goods to and from venues.

 

Lifting and Handling -  Organising lifting and handling services at the venue as appropriate to the project.

 

Additional Labour -  We can arrange for additional stand fitting labour, general unskilled labour, translators, reception and service staff for the stands.

 

Our service is like having a full time "exhibition manager" but just for the duration of your active projects. 

 

Projects are individually quoted and allow for time and costs incurred.

 

Administrative Services - Erledigung aller Formalitäten und Ausstellung Ausstellung Verbindung mit der Organisation und technischen Einrichtungen. 

Transportation - Organisation und Vermittlung von Angeboten für den Transport von Gütern nach und von Veranstaltungsorten. 

Hebe-und Fördertechnik - Hebezeuge und Fördermittel Organisation von Dienstleistungen am Veranstaltungsort gegebenenfalls auf das Projekt. 

Zusätzliche Arbeit - Wir organisieren gerne für weitere Messebau Arbeitsmarkt, allgemeine ungelernte Arbeitskräfte, Übersetzer, Rezeption und Service-Personal für die Stände. 

Unser Service ist wie ein Vollzeit-"Messe Leiter", sondern nur für die Dauer des aktiven Projekten. 

Die Projekte werden einzeln zitiert und damit Zeit und Kosten entstehen.
